Request to Sell or Lease, Presbytery  Property

In keeping with the Fiduciary responsibilities (G-4.01 - G.4.0302) and the missional responsiblities charged upon the presbytery, churches in the presbytery shall make request of presbytery when seeking to sell, or lease Presbytery property.

A congregation seeking to lease property must investigate the potential of a tax liability being incurred.
